You are wildly successful for your book, "I will teach you to be Rich"
and one day I stumbled upon your Youtube video on coaching young adults
how to land a job of their dreams.

I was intrigued by your title message, but realized you lacked
something vital to the success of your own advice: Your message is not
relatable to the rest of young American youth, who are graduates of a
State School, Public University, Trade School, Junior College...

Do you really think a 20 something your old, fresh out of college with
only a couple years of working experience can really land their dream
job?? Are we living in a world slanted towards Stanford grads only???
I don't think so.

Rahmit.. your vision is great and good, but you're not realistic.
Landing your dream job is more than finding the right people to talk to
. . .what if you don't have a strong alumni network?

Passion and Confidence

Many parents often ask me what it takes to get into some of America's
most prestigious universities. As an alumni interviewer and graduate of
one of these schools, many parents often mistakenly believe that I may
have an answer to this puzzling question. The honest answer is "I have
no idea, but when I see it I'll know."

Similarly, I find myself chatting with some recent college grads who
are seeking employment at some of the most exclusive and respected
companies in the world. So many of these bright eyed, ambitious kids
think that a 4.0 GPA and a degree from an Ivy League is good enough to
work at some of the most exclusive finance or consulting firms in the
world. Yet, each year countless numbers of these kids go home
disappointed while a scrappy kid with a less than stellar pedigree, but
more than enough gumption gets the job offer.

Having excellent grades, top notch test scores, and a prestigious
academic pedigree certainly can not hurt, but NOT having your passion
and confidence shine through in interviews CAN and WILL hurt you. In
the end, when you are face to face with another human being, you won't
be judged by your pristine resume or perfect scores. Rather, you'll be
judged by how you come across and if you demonstrate passion and
confidence. While it may seem somewhat unfair, the reality of it is
that you need to "talk the talk", even if you aren't quite "walking the
walk."

By practicing your interview skills in front of a mirror or tape
recording yourself, you can see whether or not you come across as
polished, confident, and passionate. If you aren't quite up to par,
don't distress! These skills can be learned and developed over time. In
the future, we will share with our readers tips on how we learned to
polish and hone our presentation and public speaking skills. Stay

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
